Hunters Hill Dighton Developer

Bernard Miranda has experience in the construction industry as a field employee for Stone & Webster Engineering, a Boston based engineering firm. His experience has proven itself in the supervision of the infrastructure for Phase One of the Hunters Hill development. For the past 35 years he has been in the residential construction business, with many accomplishments in the Dighton area. Bernard works in partnership with his brother Arthur as Miranda Brothers Construction. Arthur Miranda has been self employed for 30 years in the steel fabrication industry. His company was one of the only ones to build conveying equipment in the area. Since closing his business, Arthur has built and owned the Briars Ledge Pitch & Putt, in partnership with his brother Bernard, which was previously located at the site of Hunters Hill subdivision.

Richard Kelly has been involved in the construction business and land developing business for 35 years. He started out in the 1970's in the home remodeling business. He then expanded into the commercial and industrial field, building restaurants, country clubs, manufacturing facilities and office buildings. In 1986, Richard joined forces with Donald Bissionnette to form K&B Realty Trust and they designed various condominium and single family home developments in Middleboro, Lakeville, Mashpee, Berkley, Raynham and Norton.

In addition to his partnership with Richard Kelly in K&B Realty Trust, Donald Bissionnette has been self employed in the land development business since 1978, having successfully completed seven subdivisions and over 50 Form A lots in the town of Lakeville. Donald has also built homes on Martha's Vineyard.

Tom Neirinckx has worked in the construction industry for the past 40 years as a buyer and seller of building materials.

Other investors in Hunters Hill are Matthew Aspden and Steven Sabra of Sabra & Aspden, a law firm located in nearby Somerset, as well as Dr. Robert Chase.
