In an effort to make the partnership more exciting and successful, we are pleased to announce two new major partners. Both Dr. Caine Kang Yu and Bill Mariano each have more than 40 years experience in the construction business and will bring their energy and innovative spirit to the project.  They are very excited to get started in their adventure.  Plans are in the works for an Assisted Living and possible alternate energy sources. Additional acres have already been acquired for these projects.

 Rest assured that they have NO plans of changing the over 55 community requirements.

Bernard Miranda has experience in the construction industry as a field employee for Stone & Webster Engineering, a Boston based engineering firm. His experience has proven itself in the supervision of the infrastructure for Phase One of the Hunters Hill development. For the past 35 years he has been in the residential construction business, with many accomplishments in the Dighton area. Bernard works in partnership with his brother Arthur as Miranda Brothers Construction. Arthur Miranda has been self employed for 30 years in the steel fabrication industry. His company was one of the only ones to build conveying equipment in the area. Since closing his business, Arthur has built and owned the Briars Ledge Pitch & Putt, in partnership with his brother Bernard, which was previously located at the site of Hunters Hill subdivision.
